Mission
The Department of Animal Science Committee of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion aims to create and maintain an accessible, inclusive and supportive community in which all members can bring their full identities in an environment where students, staff, and faculty are supported and challenged to learn with and from each other.
We strive to actively acknowledge and embrace people of all races, ages, colors, ethnicities, genders, sizes, sexual orientations, gender identities, gender expressions, religions, national origins, migratory statuses, disability/abilities, political affiliations, veteran status, family status, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
